Screening for acute malnutrition, infant and young child feeding counselling, and referral into treatment services.
Safe water access, sanitation improvements and hygiene promotion that reduce preventable disease.
Trained community health workers and volunteers deliver promotion, screening and referral at household level.
Support to facility staff, supply and data systems, and coordination with the Ministry of Health at county level.
Health entry points connect directly to protection and community engagement services in the same location.
We work with health authorities, UN agencies and donors to extend primary health,
nutrition and WASH services to underserved communities.
