Six connected components, planned together and delivered through community
structures and existing facilities.

Sexual & Reproductive Health

Antenatal and postnatal care support, safe delivery referral, family planning information and clinical care for survivors.

Nutrition

Screening for acute malnutrition, infant and young child feeding counselling, and referral into treatment services.

Water, Sanitation & Hygiene

Safe water access, sanitation improvements and hygiene promotion that reduce preventable disease.

Community Health

Trained community health workers and volunteers deliver promotion, screening and referral at household level.

Health Systems Strengthening

Support to facility staff, supply and data systems, and coordination with the Ministry of Health at county level.

Integrated Health

Health entry points connect directly to protection and community engagement services in the same location.
